2025 Conference Schedule

TENTATIVE – Registration will begin at 8:00 AM on Thursday, June 12, 2025, with sessions beginning at 10:00 AM. A full day of sessions is scheduled on Thursday from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM followed by a reception starting at 5:00 PM. Friday, we will convene again at 8:00 AM for breakfast, sessions, and our Quarterly Meeting with the conference wrapping up at 12:00 PM.

Play: Ocean City Air Show

The OC Air Show is June 14-15, 2025. Show center is on the beach between 13th and 17th Street. Head to the boardwalk Friday after the conference to catch air show practice!

Registration - MRAC

Golf Outing on Wednesday, June 11

A golf outing is planned for Wednesday, June 11 at Eagle’s Landing Golf Course. Registration and payment can be made directly to the Golf Course. Please advise if you are interested in the golf outing; more information will be provided closer to the event.

Boardwalk Lunch on Friday, June 13

A post conference lunch is being planned for Friday, June 13 to coincide with the OC Airshow practice. Please advise if you are interested in attending Friday’s lunch (off-site, Boardwalk); more information will be provided closer to the event.

Conference Fee

$150 Fee Includes: Thursday and Friday sessions; Thursday and Friday coffee and beverage breaks with snacks; Thursday lunch, Thursday evening reception; Thursday evening bonfire, beach games, and s’mores; Friday breakfast; and Friday lunch.
Optional: Add a guest (21 years and older) to Thursday evening's reception for an additional $50 per guest.
Beach Bonfire: All conference attendees are invited to bring their guests, families, and kids to enjoy the Thursday evening bonfire, beach games, and s’mores—at no additional cost
