Explore Maryland By Air Award Recognition Ceremony

Join us as the Maryland Aviation Council (MAC) extends its congratulations to the recipients for completing the Explore Maryland By Air Program in 2025. This ceremony honors the dedication and passion of the program’s graduates.
Youth Aviation STEAM Symposium
Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Before and after the awards, you’re invited to the Youth Aviation STEAM Symposium, hosted by Y.E.E.S. W.E. C.A.N. and SHADES OF BLUE.
These organizations are premier aviation and aerospace training programs for youth and young adults. The symposium’s mission is to help eliminate the worldwide shortage of aviation personnel by creating a sustainable flow of qualified candidates.
Attendees will have the opportunity for hands-on demonstrations and participation. Information booths on career paths will be staffed by representatives from organizations like the FAA, TSA, FBI, Airport Operations, Airport Police, and Fire Departments.
