Modernization of Special Airworthiness Certification (MOSAIC) Presentation

The Maryland Aviation Council cordially invites you to an online presentation on the FAA’s far-reaching Modernization of Special Airworthiness Certification (MOSAIC) rule, which became effective in October 2025. The presentation will be made by Associate Professor of Law Ronnie Gipson at Penn State Dickinson Law. Professor Gipson is an expert on the MOSAIC rule and following his presentation he will answer questions from participants.
